No setup fee on any tier. You start the trial, configure one forwarding rule, and you're capturing risk evidence within an hour. We don't charge implementation fees, onboarding fees or per-project add-ons.
Your card is charged the tier price you selected at sign-up. We'll send a reminder email three days before the trial ends. You can downgrade, upgrade or cancel from your billing page at any point during or after the trial.
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks. Your subscription stays live until the end of your current billing period; you keep access to your projects and dispute packs throughout. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days so you can reactivate or export it.
UK. All application data and email content lives in our London (lhr) region on Fly.io, backed by Supabase Postgres. We are the data controller and a UK-registered company; the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is our supervisory authority.
Yes. We process data on the lawful bases of contract (delivering the service you've paid for) and legitimate interest (audit logging for evidence integrity). You can export all your data in JSON format at any time, and request full erasure from your account settings. Full details in our privacy policy.
Every email is SHA-256 hashed at the moment of capture and the raw Postmark payload is stored unchanged. AI classifications are stored in separate columns — they overlay the original, they never edit it. Audit logs are append-only. If a solicitor asks "how do we know this email wasn't tampered with?" — the hash and raw payload are your answer.
Shield Index is built by White Ace AI Ltd, a UK company that builds vertical AI products for trades and services. Shield is our flagship product for construction. The "Powered by" mark is a transparency note — you know who builds and supports the product you're paying for.
Business includes 25,000 classified emails and 25 contract scans per month. Above that, £0.005 per email and £0.10 per scan, billed at the end of the month with your subscription. We notify you when you cross 80% of the cap so there are no surprises.
